18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, this Statement sets out DripFlicks's position regarding record-keeping obligations for visual depictions of actual sexually-explicit conduct displayed via the Service.
1. Aggregator status — no production, no hosting
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL). DripFlicks does not commission, produce, finance, edit, manage, or post-produce any visual depiction. Within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), DripFlicks is not a "producer" — primary or secondary — of any depiction visible on or through the Service.
2. Records held by source platforms
Original § 2257 records for each depiction are maintained by the producer of that depiction. The source platform that hosts the video file is responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining the producer's records of performer age, identity, and consent. To request inspection or copies of those records, contact the source platform whose page the relevant clip links to (currently xhamster.com or nuvid.com); we will, on reasonable request, identify and forward your inquiry to the appropriate custodian.
3. Custodian of records (limited)
To the extent that any visual depictions made available through DripFlicks are determined to be covered by § 2257 and to the extent DripFlicks is deemed a secondary producer, the limited records DripFlicks holds (metadata only) are maintained by the custodian below.

5. How to submit a § 2257 inquiry
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with: (a) the full URL of the page on this site where the clip is listed, (b) the URL of the originating clip on the source platform, (c) the nature of the inquiry, and (d) verifiable contact information. We acknowledge within 5 business days and route the inquiry to the appropriate source-platform custodian.
6. Future content sources
DripFlicks currently aggregates from xHamster (via the xHamster partner program) and NuVid (via the NuVid partner program). The architecture is built to ingest additional public sources (other content feeds, RSS feeds, and similar) in the future. Each new source is brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). Each integrated source must demonstrate, on intake, that it maintains § 2257 records or operates under an equivalent compliance regime applicable to its jurisdiction.
7. Exempt depictions
DripFlicks does not produce simulated sexually-explicit conduct that would otherwise be subject to § 2257A. To the extent any depiction reachable via the Service falls within the safe-harbour provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A(h), the producer's safe-harbour certification is held by the source platform.
8. Updates
DripFlicks may update this Statement to reflect changes in law, regulation, or operating practice. The current version's effective date is shown above; superseded versions are retained in our internal record.
