1. Information accuracy
We make a reasonable effort to ensure that metadata (titles, thumbnails, durations, tags, view counts, ratings) accurately reflects the underlying content provided by Source Platforms. Because we mirror data published by third parties in real time, we cannot guarantee that all metadata is current, complete, or free from error.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The Service is for entertainment only. Pages describing our compliance posture (Terms, Privacy, DSA, DMCA, etc.) describe our practices but are not legal advice to you.
3. Third-party content
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, or transmit any video files. All playback occurs inside the embed iframe served directly by the source platform. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's embed URL). We have no editorial control over the underlying video content shown via Source-Platform embeds. The producers and Source Platforms are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and completeness of that content.

5. No endorsement
Reference to any performer, producer, Source Platform, or third-party trademark on the Service is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
