CCPA / CPRA — California Consumer Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq.) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA / CPRA"). This page summarises those rights and the procedure to exercise them.
Categories of personal information
In the prior 12 months we have collected: (a) identifiers — IP address (via Cloudflare-forwarded header); (b) internet or other electronic network activity — request URL, response status, user-agent, referrer (server logs only). We do not collect sensitive personal information, biometric data, geolocation beyond IP-region inference, or commercial transaction data.
Sources
We collect this information directly from you (your browser when you visit the Service) and from our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, which forwards the visitor IP via the CF-Connecting-IP header).
Purposes
Operating, securing, and improving the Service; protecting against abuse and fraud; complying with legal obligations.
Right to know
You can request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories collected, the purposes, the categories of sources, and the categories of any third parties with whom we shared the data.
Right to delete
You can request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions (security, legal compliance, completing a transaction you requested).
Right to correct
You can request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We do, however, serve a sponsored Recommendation Widget on listing pages (the homepage and category, pornstar, and search pages) via the ExoClick advertising network, which sets advertising cookies and receives device Client Hints — this may qualify as "sharing" for "cross-context behavioural advertising" under the CPRA. You can opt out by: using ExoClick's opt-out at https://www.exoclick.com/privacy/; blocking third-party advertising cookies; blocking requests to magsrv.com with a tracker blocker (e.g. uBlock Origin); or submitting a request to us and we will honour it. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out where technically applicable.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information within the meaning of Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ae).
Right to non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right. You will not be denied service, charged different prices, or given a different level of quality.
How to exercise rights
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with subject "California Privacy Request — [right]". Authorised agents may submit requests on your behalf — include a signed authorisation.
Verification
We may ask for information sufficient to verify the request matches the data we hold. Because we hold very little data (IP addresses in 30-day logs), verification often consists of matching the request IP to recent log entries.
Response time
45 days from receipt of a verifiable request, extensible to 90 days with notice.
