Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the user-conduct rules for the Service. It supplements the Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in restricted access, IP-level blocking, and (where appropriate) cooperation with law enforcement.
1. Permitted use
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing of adult sexual material by adults in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful.
2. Prohibited use
You shall not: (a) violate any law or regulation in your or our jurisdiction; (b) attempt to access, view, or distribute any content prohibited by our Acceptable Content Policy; (c) scrape, mass-download, or otherwise automate access except via documented endpoints, or at a rate higher than a reasonable human user; (d) circumvent access controls, age-verification gates, geo-restrictions, or rate limits; (e) impersonate any person; (f) transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service; (g) interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks connected to it; (h) collect personal data about other users; (i) post or transmit unsolicited commercial communications; (j) use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person.
3. Acceptable scraping
Search engines (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.) operating within the robots.txt directives are welcome. Other automated access must respect rate limits visible from response headers; persistent abusive crawling will result in IP blocking.
4. Reporting violations
Report conduct or content that violates this AUP to peterdgarrido@proton.me or via the Complaint Procedure (/complaint-procedure).
5. Consequences
Violations may result in: (a) restriction of access (IP- or user-agent-level block); (b) removal of related content or comments; (c) referral to the relevant Source Platform; (d) cooperation with law enforcement; (e) civil action.
6. Updates
This AUP may be updated to reflect new abuse patterns or legal requirements.
