Statement of Responsibility
This Statement clarifies what DripFlicks is, what it does, what it does not do, and how responsibility is allocated between us, Source Platforms, and content producers.
1. What ${OPERATOR_NAME} is
DripFlicks is an aggregator and discovery service for adult video content that is hosted and served by third-party Source Platforms. We provide the website, navigation, search, browsing experience, curation logic, and metadata-display layer; every video links out to the Source Platform's own page.
2. What ${OPERATOR_NAME} does not do
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL). We do not commission, produce, finance, upload, transcode, or store any video files. We do not process payments to performers or producers. We do not operate any video player; all playback happens on the Source Platforms' own websites.
3. Sources today and tomorrow
DripFlicks currently aggregates from xHamster (via the xHamster partner program) and NuVid (via the NuVid partner program). The architecture is built to ingest additional public sources (other content feeds, RSS feeds, and similar) in the future. Each new source is brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). As of the effective date above, the integrated sources are xHamster (via the xHamster partner program) and NuVid (via the NuVid partner program). Clicking a video opens its page on xhamster.com (reached via the partner redirect xh.partners) or nuvid.com (reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, where all playback is served by the source platform's own infrastructure; both xHamster and NuVid are also affiliate partners, so these links are monetised (see /affiliate-disclosure). When additional sources are added, they will be listed at /subprocessors and the change will be reflected on this page.
4. No data on our servers
We do not store viewer data on our servers beyond standard web-server access logs (kept for up to 30 days for security). We do not store account profiles, payment data, or viewing histories — the optional favourites list is stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. 5. Allocation of responsibility — source content
Responsibility for the lawfulness of the underlying video (including § 2257 records, performer consent, age verification of performers, copyright clearance, and conformance with the laws of the location of production) lies with the producer and the hosting Source Platform.
6. Allocation of responsibility — DripFlicks layer
Responsibility for the curation, metadata layout, search experience, and the conformance of our display layer with the laws of our location lies with us. We are responsible for promptly removing listings and metadata when a substantiated notice is received.
7. Our commitments
(a) Limit advertising to a single sponsored Recommendation Widget (served by the ExoClick network) on listing pages (the homepage and category, pornstar, and search pages), run no other ad networks or behavioural-profiling trackers of our own, and disclose the ExoClick slot and its opt-out in /privacy and /cookie-policy (the only analytics used are Google Analytics 4 and Umami, both for aggregate traffic counts). (b) Maintain a published acceptable-content policy and remove violations on notice. (c) Cooperate with lawful CSAM, NCII, and trafficking investigations. (d) Publish annual transparency reports. (e) Maintain current cookie, privacy, and age-verification disclosures.

Material changes to scope (new sources, removal of sources, change of operating entity) will be reflected here.
