Subprocessors and Third-Party Services
DripFlicks uses a minimal set of third-party services to operate the Service. This page lists each subprocessor, the data they process, and where they are based, so you have a complete picture of where any of your data may flow.
1. Definition
A "subprocessor" is a third party we engage to process personal data on our behalf in providing the Service.
2. Current subprocessors
(a) Cloudflare, Inc. — Content Delivery Network, DDoS protection, edge caching, IP forwarding via CF-Connecting-IP. Processes: IP address, request headers, response data. Region: global edge, primary processing for EU traffic in EU data centres. Sub-processor agreement and SCCs in place. https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. (b) VPS hosting provider (operator of origin server). Processes: IP address, server access logs. Region: European Union. (c) Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9QW0DFMZ7N) for aggregate traffic measurement. Processes: truncated IP, pseudonymous client identifier, page URL, referrer, user-agent, device class, country/region, aggregate event data. Region: United States. Transfer mechanism: EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Google LLC self-certified). https://policies.google.com/privacy. (d) Umami Software Inc. — Umami Cloud (cloud.umami.is) for aggregate traffic measurement. Processes: page URL, referrer, anonymised user-agent, inferred country/region from a hashed/rotated IP-derived identifier. Cookieless; does not store IP addresses; no cross-session tracking. Region: United States. Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses per Umami's Data Processing Addendum. https://umami.is/privacy. (e) Source Platform / video content partners — currently xHamster (operated by Hammy Media Ltd; domains xhamster.com and the partner redirect xh.partners) and NuVid (operated by NuVid; domains nuvid.com, the partner redirect nvdvid.com, and webmaster.nuvid.com; affiliate id 2304). The Service's video catalog is supplied via the xHamster partner program and the NuVid partner program, and every video link is a partner/affiliate link routed through xh.partners or nvdvid.com. Processes: IP address, user-agent, referrer, and click/attribution data, plus cookies set by xHamster or NuVid on its own website after you follow an outbound video link from the Service. Note: this is technically not a "subprocessor" in the GDPR sense — xHamster and NuVid each process data as their own independent controllers for their own purposes once you arrive on their sites. We list them here for full transparency because the video links are monetised affiliate links (see /affiliate-disclosure). (f) FapCash / FapHouse (Strick Holding BV, operating cloud.fap.cash, fhgte.com, fh.video and faphouse.com) — affiliate network and producer of the videos shown in the /featured/ section. Processes: IP address, user-agent, cookies, referrer (including the affiliate identifier "ai=yHZ") for visitors who follow an outbound affiliate link. Region: Netherlands. Transfer mechanism: EEA-resident; SCCs where applicable. As with other Source Platforms, FapCash acts as an independent controller for the data collected when you click through to its sites; we list it here for full transparency. https://faphouse.com/privacy. (g) ExoClick S.L. — advertising network (ad-serving domains a.magsrv.com, s.magsrv.com) that serves the sponsored "Recommendation Widget" ad slot on listing pages (the homepage and category, pornstar, and search pages). Processes: IP address, user-agent, User-Agent Client Hints (device platform, model, architecture, browser version — delegated via the Delegate-CH header), page URL, referrer, and advertising cookies/identifiers used for ad selection, frequency capping, and conversion measurement. ExoClick may use this data for behavioural and retargeted advertising and acts as an independent controller / your data may be shared with it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Region: Spain (EU). Transfer mechanism: EEA-resident; SCCs where applicable. https://www.exoclick.com/privacy/.
3. Scope of analytics and advertising
DripFlicks uses two analytics subprocessors for aggregate traffic measurement only: Google Analytics 4 (entry (c) above) and Umami Cloud (entry (d) above). For monetisation we engage one advertising subprocessor, ExoClick S.L. (entry (g) above), which serves a single sponsored Recommendation Widget ad slot on listing pages (the homepage and category, pornstar, and search pages) and may set advertising cookies and use the delegated Client Hints for ad targeting, frequency capping, and conversion measurement. Aside from ExoClick we do not engage any other advertising networks, retargeting platforms, Meta Pixel, TikTok pixel, or fingerprinting services. The Service's video links are xHamster and NuVid partner/affiliate links (xHamster and NuVid, entry (e)) and the /featured/ affiliate links (FapCash, entry (f)) are a further monetisation surface; both are described below and in /affiliate-disclosure.
3a. Affiliate relationships (xHamster, NuVid and FapCash)
DripFlicks participates in the xHamster partner program, the NuVid partner program, and the FapCash affiliate program. The main video catalog is supplied by xHamster and NuVid, and every video link across the Service is a partner/affiliate link routed through the xh.partners or nvdvid.com redirect; when a visitor clicks through and signs up or purchases on xHamster or NuVid, that partner may pay DripFlicks a commission. Separately, videos served from the /featured/ section link out to FapHouse (faphouse.com) with our affiliate identifier appended (utm_campaign=ai.yHZ); when a visitor signs up for or purchases from FapHouse via one of these links, FapCash pays DripFlicks a commission. Neither arrangement costs the visitor anything extra or affects the content of the videos. See /affiliate-disclosure for the full disclosure.
4. No video hosting
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL).
5. Future sources
DripFlicks currently aggregates from xHamster (via the xHamster partner program) and NuVid (via the NuVid partner program). The architecture is built to ingest additional public sources (other content feeds, RSS feeds, and similar) in the future. Each new source is brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). New subprocessors / sources will be listed here within 14 days of integration.
