Child Sexual Abuse Material — Zero-Tolerance Statement
DripFlicks has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM"), including computer-generated and AI-generated material that sexualises minors. Reports are actioned without delay and forwarded to the appropriate national authorities.
1. Definition
For purposes of this Statement, CSAM means any visual depiction, real or simulated, of a person under the age of eighteen engaged in or appearing to engage in sexually explicit conduct, including (a) authentic recordings, (b) edited or composite images, (c) virtual or fully-AI-generated depictions, and (d) drawings or animations of identifiable minors. References to "minor" follow the relevant statutory definition in your jurisdiction; in the U.S. federal context, 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
2. Strict prohibition
CSAM is absolutely prohibited on the Service. No exceptions, no defences. DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL). DripFlicks also will not display metadata, thumbnails, or links pointing to such material, irrespective of where it is hosted.
3. Detection and prevention
Aggregated sources are evaluated for documented age-verification regimes before integration. We maintain blocklists for search terms and tags associated with CSAM; matched queries return no results and are flagged for review. Where future sources implement hash-based detection (PhotoDNA, CSAI Match, similar), we will surface their detection signals.
4. How to report CSAM to us
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with subject "CSAM Report" and include the URL on dripflicks.lol. We acknowledge within 1 hour during business hours and immediately within 4 hours outside. Action is taken without delay. Reports may be made anonymously.
5. Report directly to authorities (always do this first if you can)
United States: NCMEC CyberTipline — https://report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. United Kingdom: Internet Watch Foundation — https://report.iwf.org.uk. European Union and globally: INHOPE network — https://www.inhope.org. Australia: eSafety Commissioner — https://www.esafety.gov.au/report. Canada: Cybertip.ca — https://www.cybertip.ca.
6. What we do upon a substantiated report
(a) Remove the listing and metadata immediately; (b) preserve a record sufficient for law-enforcement investigation; (c) report the URL on the Source Platform to NCMEC (or the equivalent national body) under our voluntary reporting commitment; (d) notify the Source Platform.
7. Cooperation with law enforcement
DripFlicks cooperates fully and proactively with law-enforcement investigations into CSAM. No legal process is required for us to disclose information related to suspected CSAM under voluntary-reporting frameworks. See /law-enforcement-requests.
8. Anti-grooming
The Service does not provide chat, comments, messaging, or any feature that could be used to contact minors. We do not aggregate any source that hosts content involving real minors.
9. Aggregator note
Even though the underlying file is hosted by the Source Platform, removing the listing and metadata from DripFlicks occurs immediately on detection — we do not wait for the Source Platform to act.
10. Updates
This Statement is updated as detection technology and legal duties evolve. Last update: 2026-05-22.
