The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and currently do not.
Disclaimer of liability (§§ 7-10 TMG)
Liability for own content: as the operator we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws, per § 7 (1) TMG. Liability for links: per §§ 8-10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored or to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity; obligations to remove or block use under general laws remain unaffected. Liability arises only from the time at which a specific legal violation becomes known to us; upon notification we will remove the affected content immediately.
