Anti-Trafficking and FOSTA-SESTA Statement
DripFlicks does not facilitate, promote, or knowingly host content related to sex trafficking. This statement sets out our compliance posture under the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act ("TVPA", 18 U.S.C. § 1591) and the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act / Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act ("FOSTA-SESTA").
1. No facilitation, no promotion
DripFlicks does not knowingly facilitate the trafficking of any person. We do not aggregate, link to, or display content that we identify as having been produced under conditions of coercion, trafficking, or exploitation, regardless of where it was originally hosted.
2. Aggregator role
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL). Source platforms we aggregate from must demonstrate consent-verification regimes for performers. We do not aggregate from sources known to lack such regimes.
3. Detection and removal
Content reported as trafficking-related is removed on a priority basis pending review. Substantiated trafficking reports are forwarded to the appropriate national authority and to the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
4. Reporting trafficking content to us
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with subject "Trafficking Report URGENT" and include: (i) the URL(s); (ii) the basis for the belief; (iii) any documentation. Reports may be anonymous.
5. Reporting to authorities (urgent)
United States: National Human Trafficking Hotline — 1-888-373-7888 or text "HELP" to 233733. United Kingdom: Modern Slavery Helpline — 08000 121 700. European Union: each Member State maintains a national reporting line (see https://ec.europa.eu/anti-trafficking). Polaris Project: https://polarisproject.org. Global: https://www.unodc.org/unodc/human-trafficking/.
6. Cooperation
We cooperate with law-enforcement investigations into trafficking. Records reasonably relevant to a substantiated investigation are preserved on lawful request.
7. Training and review
Reviewers handling notices are oriented to red flags for trafficking content (coerced affect, restricted location, language barriers in supposed consent forms, etc.) and escalate any such notice immediately.
8. Updates
As anti-trafficking law and Source-Platform integration policy evolve, this statement is updated.
