Performer & Subject — Content Removal
If you appear in any content shown on DripFlicks and want it removed — whether because you have a contractual right (former performer leaving the industry), have changed your mind, are recovering from coercion, or any other reason — this page tells you how.
1. Who this is for
Adult performers (including retired performers), models, actors, and any other person depicted in a video aggregated by DripFlicks.
2. Different from NCII
If the imagery was shared without your original consent, please use /ncii-takedown instead — it has a 48-hour statutory window and stronger removal commitments.
3. What you can request
(a) Removal of the embed and metadata for specific videos from DripFlicks; (b) forwarding of your removal request to the Source Platform (which controls the underlying file); (c) addition of your name / stage names / aliases to our cross-reference suppression list so that future re-uploads matched by name are auto-removed pending review.
4. How to file
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with subject "Performer Removal — [stage name or pseudonym]" and include: (i) the URL(s) on dripflicks.lol; (ii) the names and aliases you perform/performed under; (iii) the basis of your request (contractual right, voluntary withdrawal, etc.); (iv) verification of your identity (see below).
5. Identity verification
Acceptable verification includes (a) a copy of a government ID partially redacted (we need only enough to confirm the name matches a known stage name or producer's record); (b) a selfie holding paper with the date and the words "DripFlicks Removal Request"; (c) confirmation through your former agent or the original Source Platform. ID copies are deleted within 30 days of resolution.
6. Timeframes
Acknowledgement within 24 hours. Embed and metadata removal within 5 business days of substantiated request (faster if URLs are clearly identified). Suppression-list additions and source-platform forwarding within the same window.
7. Re-uploads / recurrence
If a removed video reappears under a different URL, reply to the original tracking ID with the new URL — we will remove again without re-verifying your identity (the suppression-list entry handles future matches within our ability to detect).
8. Other resources
Adult Performance Artists Guild (apag-union.com) — performer advocacy. Free Speech Coalition (freespeechcoalition.com) — industry trade group. Aylo's "model abuse / consent withdrawal" channels (where the underlying source is Aylo-owned).
9. Aggregator note
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, or transmit any video files. All playback occurs inside the embed iframe served directly by the source platform. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's embed URL). We cannot delete the underlying file from the Source Platform; we can only remove the embed and metadata on our Service and notify the Source Platform.
