Affiliate Disclosure
DripFlicks participates in the xHamster partner program, the NuVid partner program, and the FapCash affiliate program. This page exists to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the EU Digital Services Act's transparency requirements for online advertising (Art. 26), and equivalent national rules. In short: the video links across the Service are monetised partner/affiliate links, and a further portion of the Service (the /featured/ section) contains FapCash affiliate-linked content; clicking through and signing up or purchasing may earn us a commission; this disclosure tells you exactly where, how, and to what extent.
1. The affiliate relationships
DripFlicks has three affiliate relationships. First, the main video catalog is supplied through the xHamster partner program (xHamster is operated by Hammy Media Ltd). Every xHamster video link and thumbnail across the Service is a partner/affiliate link routed through the xh.partners redirect (e.g. https://xh.partners/x/{id}); when you click through to xHamster and subsequently sign up, subscribe, or purchase, xHamster may pay DripFlicks a commission. Second, the catalog also draws on the NuVid partner program (operated by NuVid; affiliate id 2304). Every NuVid video link and thumbnail is a partner/affiliate link routed through the nvdvid.com redirect; when you click through to NuVid (nuvid.com) and subsequently sign up, subscribe, or purchase, NuVid may pay DripFlicks a commission. Third, DripFlicks is a participant in the FapCash affiliate program operated by Strick Holding BV (cloud.fap.cash); our FapCash affiliate identifier is "ai=yHZ". When you click a link or thumbnail in the /featured/ section of the Service and subsequently sign up for, subscribe to, or purchase from FapHouse (faphouse.com), FapCash pays DripFlicks a commission. In all cases the commission is paid out of the partner's marketing budget — it does NOT increase any price you pay and does NOT change what the partner offers you.
2. Where affiliate content appears on the Service
Affiliate links now span the whole Service. (1) The main video catalog is sourced from xHamster and NuVid, and every video card — on every /category/, /pornstar/, /search/, /popular, /new, /rating page and the homepage — links out to xHamster via the monetised xh.partners partner link or to NuVid via the monetised nvdvid.com partner link. (2) In addition, the FapCash /featured/ surfaces carry a "FEATURED" or "sponsored" label: (a) the /featured/ subtree (including /featured/, /featured/{id}/{slug}, /featured/category/{slug}, /featured/pornstar/{slug}); (b) the "Featured picks" horizontal rail on the homepage (marked "· sponsored" in the heading); (c) the FEATURED badge displayed on every FapCash-sourced card across the Service. In short: the /featured/ surfaces are FapCash affiliate links, and the remaining (non-/featured/) video links are xHamster or NuVid partner/affiliate links — there is no longer any non-affiliate video surface on the Service.
3. What we DO NOT do
(a) We do NOT alter video rankings, recommendations, or search results to favour any particular affiliate content. The /featured/ FapCash surface is a parallel surface, not a re-ranking of the main catalog, and we do not re-order the main xHamster or NuVid catalog to push higher-commission titles. (b) The main catalog IS monetised — every video link earns us a commission if you sign up or purchase on xHamster or NuVid — but we present the source platform's own ordering rather than re-ranking by payout. (c) We do NOT receive any payment for editorial coverage, mentions, or category placement. (d) We do NOT use behavioural tracking, retargeting, or advertising cookies to optimise affiliate conversions. The only signals fed back to the affiliate partners are the affiliate/partner identifiers in the click-through URLs (for xHamster, the xh.partners redirect; for NuVid, the nvdvid.com redirect / affiliate id 2304; for FapCash, the "sub" parameter), which let them attribute conversions; we receive aggregate revenue/conversion counts in return.
4. How to identify affiliate content
Main-catalog video cards open xHamster's own website (via the xh.partners partner redirect) or NuVid's own website (via the nvdvid.com partner redirect) directly in a new tab — video content is never played or hosted on this Service. FapCash /featured/ cards carry a clearly-visible SPONSORED/FEATURED label and open the partner site (FapHouse) directly in a new tab. The homepage "Featured picks" rail is captioned "· sponsored" with a link to this disclosure. The FapCash affiliate URL parameter "utm_campaign=ai.yHZ" is visible in every outbound link to FapHouse, the xh.partners domain is visible in every outbound link to xHamster, and the nvdvid.com domain is visible in every outbound link to NuVid.
5. Conversion tracking (postbacks)
FapCash supports server-to-server postbacks: when a conversion occurs, FapCash sends DripFlicks a notification containing a click identifier, conversion amount, geographic region, datetime, and a flag indicating whether it was a first-purchase or trial. DripFlicks uses this to attribute conversions to specific featured pages so we can refine which content surfaces. We do NOT receive personally identifying data about the visitor who converted, and we do NOT correlate postback data back to specific visitors on our side.
6. Your choices
(a) You can browse and use the entire non-/featured/ portion of the Service without contributing to any affiliate commission. (b) You can disable the /featured/ surface by blocking requests to cloud.umami.is (which removes the homepage rail-only loading signal) and avoiding the /featured/* paths — though the rail itself will still render to all visitors. (c) Browser-level tracker blockers (uBlock Origin, etc.) typically do not flag affiliate links because they are not advertising; if you wish to neutralise the affiliate parameter, append "?utm_campaign=none" to outbound links manually, or use a browser extension that strips utm_* parameters. (d) Reporting concerns: peterdgarrido@proton.me with subject "Affiliate".
7. Material connection statement (FTC plain-language form)
DripFlicks has material connections with the platforms it links to: we earn a commission via the xHamster partner program and the NuVid partner program on subscriptions and purchases made after clicking through any video link on this Service, and we earn a commission via the FapCash affiliate network on subscriptions and purchases made via links in the /featured/ section. These connections may not be obvious without this disclosure. We have made this disclosure clear and conspicuous in accordance with 16 CFR § 255.5.
8. DSA Art. 26 declaration
For visitors in the EU: each /featured/ surface presents content that has been promoted in return for remuneration to DripFlicks. The natural person on whose behalf the content is promoted is Strick Holding BV / FapHouse. The natural person who pays for the promotion is Strick Holding BV. Real-time information about each promoted piece (the FEATURED badge, the producer's name visible on each card, the disclosure link) satisfies the "clear, concise, unambiguous, and in real time" requirement of Art. 26(1).
9. Changes
If the affiliate relationship changes, terminates, or is supplemented with additional affiliate networks, we will update this page within 14 days and announce the change in our annual transparency report (/transparency-report-2025).
