Acceptable Content Policy
DripFlicks is an aggregator that displays metadata and thumbnails for, and links out to, videos hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host or play video files. Even so, content displayed via DripFlicks must comply with the rules below — without exception — regardless of where it originates or who the originating Source Platform is.
1. Aggregator role
DripFlicks is an aggregator. We do not host, store, stream, or transmit any video files, and we operate no video player of any kind. We display video titles, thumbnails, and metadata only; clicking a video opens the video's page on the Source Platform (currently xHamster, reached via the partner redirect xh.partners, or NuVid, reached via the partner redirect nvdvid.com) in a new tab, and all playback, streaming, and player technology is operated by the Source Platform on its own website. The only data that touches our servers is metadata (title, thumbnail URL, duration, tags, the source platform's video-page URL). DripFlicks currently aggregates from xHamster (via the xHamster partner program) and NuVid (via the NuVid partner program). The architecture is built to ingest additional public sources (other content feeds, RSS feeds, and similar) in the future. Each new source is brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). Each Source Platform must itself comply with this Policy as a condition of being aggregated; we do not aggregate from platforms that lack age-verification, consent-verification, or takedown procedures.
2. Categorically prohibited content (zero tolerance)
The following content is prohibited from the Service, period: (a) sexual content involving any person under eighteen years of age (Child Sexual Abuse Material — see /csam-statement); (b) sexual content depicting any person whose age cannot be verified by the producer to be at least eighteen; (c) non-consensual intimate imagery, including authentic and digitally altered ("deepfake") imagery distributed without the depicted person's consent (see /ncii-takedown); (d) AI-generated sexual content depicting identifiable real persons without their documented, verifiable consent; (e) content related to sex trafficking or coerced performance (see /trafficking-statement); (f) bestiality and zoophilia; (g) necrophilia; (h) real-world violence, snuff, gore portrayed as sexual; (i) content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm or suicide; (j) hate speech, terrorist propaganda, or content inciting violence on the basis of protected characteristics.
3. Conditionally permitted content
Adult sexual content involving consenting adults aged eighteen or over is permitted — this is the primary purpose of the Service. Content depicting BDSM, role-play, and other consensual practices is permitted provided consent and adult status are verifiable in the producer's records.
4. Reporting
Use the appropriate channel for the fastest response: CSAM → report to NCMEC and to us (/csam-statement); NCII (including deepfakes) → /ncii-takedown; copyright infringement → /dmca; subject of content wanting removal → /performer-removal; DSA-eligible illegal content (EU) → /dsa-notice; general policy violation → /complaint-procedure.
5. Removal SLA
Manifestly illegal content (CSAM, terrorist material, content presenting an imminent risk of harm) is removed without delay on detection or substantiated report. Other policy violations are removed within five (5) business days of a substantiated report.
6. Notice to source platform
On removal we notify the originating Source Platform with the URL and the basis for removal so they can act on the source file. For CSAM we also notify law enforcement directly.
7. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and judicial authorities (see /law-enforcement-requests). We preserve records as required.
8. Updates
This Policy is updated as new abuse patterns or legal duties arise. The effective date is at the top.
